Our team of IT support engineers really do know their stuff, and more importantly, by the time they reach your site, they know YOUR stuff too! Our teams are not just expert trouble-shooters, they can assist with installation of new equipment, or software, and even provide training on any equipment that is not going to be managed by us!
Before any visit our team will have the relevant information to hand, making sure that the on-site time is used efficiently and the final result is what was planned, with minimal fuss or disruption.
They will discuss your requirements in detail with you prior to coming on site and will draw up a plan of action for the day, so that any work due to be done is completed quickly and efficiently.
Once on-site with you, every engineer has a back-up team of support engineers on call to assist if they need to get any information, or need to escalate any issues to the vendor.
