Charlie Devlin: Support Director

After completing 22 years service in HM forces, Charlie joined First Option in 1999 to manage the roll out of a new comms solution aimed at Ford Retail Dealers across the UK.  After completing the project well ahead of schedule he went on to become the automotive Support Manager, leading the technical helpdesk team for Jaguar, Ford and Land Rover.

In 2007, Charlie joined the board of directors as Director of Support.  He's just as scary as Ruth, which is probably why if you want something done, definitely ask Charlie to sort it.
