Ruth Musham:  Operations Director

Ruth joined First Option in 1998.  She started as a support engineer and rose though the company to become Support Manager, and in 2007 was promoted to Director of Operations.  So not only does she know when the staff are telling her porkies, she knows when the clients are too!  She's very sweet, but we're all very frightened of her.

Despite that, she's a fierce advocate of top-quality support, and you'll be glad that she's on your side. Allegedly she likes large wine glasses, christmas and a weekend without a support query.
